Top 5 New Phones at CES 2012

Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2012 in Las Vegas was over last Friday (January 13th, 2012) but its side-effects haven’t over yet. Its massive in show was deniable as more than 2,700 companies took part in CES 2012 and over 20,000 new products were exhibited. Among those new products exhibited came with their best performance and best features as well. Last year, CES was mostly about Android but this year, CES 2012 was shared with Microsoft Windows Phone mobile operating system. Still Google's Android mobile operating system successfully managed a strong showing at CES 2012. Nokia and HTC come up with the new Windows Phone mobile OS while Samsung, LG and Motorola are stick up with Android OS. To sum up, here are the top 5 new phones exhibited at CES 2012.

Nokia Lumia 900 - Nokia Lumia 900 is exhibited on CES 2012 with a sleek and curvy design as well as its refreshing blue sea color. It comes with Windows Phone mobile operating system and runs on 4G LTE network by AT&T. It is also features 4.3 inches AMOLED display, 8 megapixels camera with f2.2/28mm Carl Zeiss lens that can capture wide-angle shots and performs splendidly in low light environment.

HTC Titan II - It comes up on CES 2012 as the successor of HTC Titan that runs on Windows Phone mobile operating system. Two of its superb features are being the first Windows Phone handset to run on a 4G LTE network of AT&T in the US and the first to have 16 megapixels camera, the highest resolution ever seen on a handset released in the U.S. market. Other superb features include a large and beautiful 4.7 inches Super LCD display, 1.5 GHz Snapdragon processor, a front-facing camera, and 16 GB onboard storage.

Motorola Droid Razr Maxx - On CES 2012, Motorola seems to stick up with Android OS as its new handset runs on Android’s Gingerbread OS. But one of Motorola representative said that it will be updated to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in the second Quarter of 2012. The main feature of Droid Razr Maxx is its extreme battery life. The battery life is claimed to be the very powerful as it can last up to 21 hours of operation from a single charge, doubles from its original. Other great features include 8 megapixels camera that can record at 1080p high definition video, and a front-facing camera for video chat. The Droid Razr Maxx will be launching on January 26 for $299.99 on contract.

Samsung Galaxy Note - A hybrid of a tablet and a smartphone on CES 2012, it is Samsung Galaxy Note.  It’s too big for a smartphone but likely to small for a tablet, that’s why it is called a hybrid of a tablet and a smartphone along with both of their features. It comes with 5.3 inches Super AMOLED display, AT&T's LTE network support, built-in stylus as well as other superb features.

LG Spectrum - The last one of the best 5 new phones at CES 2012 is LG Spectrum. It features 4G LTE network support, 4.5 inches HD display, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 16 GB storage, an 8 megapixels camera with LED flash, and Dolby Digital Plus support. The LG Spectrum is expected to be launched as a Verizon exclusive on January 19 for $199.99 with a 2 year contract.
