Following the success of Samsung Intensity phone, Samsung comes back with its new Intensity’s line. Designed for Verizon with recycled plastic materials cover and double keyboard, here we have Samsung Intensity II SCH-U460. How the performance is, let’s find out on full details and specifications of Samsung Intensity II below.
It comes with classic candy bar phone with alphanumeric keyboard plus a horizontal slide out QWERTY keyboard. It measures at 4.3 x 2.1 x 0.6 inches and weighs at 4.1 ounces. The front side is housed by 2.2 inches (240 x 320 pixels) display and alphanumeric keypad. Slide open and there is four rows QWERTY keypad. The body is fully covered by recycled plastic material.
Samsung Intensity II SCH-U460 runs on dual-band CDMA 800/1900 MHz frequencies and 1xRTT data frequency of Verizon Wireless network. Reception was average and the sound quality is loud. To personalize the phone, there are three menu themes available; Planet, Pond, and Slick Black. Each theme includes the change of menu icon arrangement and animations as well as the colors and wallpaper. The menu access is very responsive, and offers plenty of options.
For internet connectivity, Samsung Intensity II has NetFront browser supports WAP 2.0. In addition, there is pre-installed Social Beat application that allows you to keep in touch with friends through social media such as MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter. Other connectivity is Bluetooth service.
