苹果又告侵权，今次是在德国法院控告三星，指银河NEXUS侵犯了苹果的滑动解锁的专利，苹果是在上年10月取得滑动解锁专利。
虽说是告三星，但大家都知道银河NEXUS是谷歌Android原生机，内里的系统设定都是由谷歌主导，三星只是制造商而矣。今次苹果摆明剑指Android的旗舰机。其实，银河的Nexus解锁跟苹果的是两码子的事，苹果的是单方向，只有解锁功能，而银河的关系是多方向操控，亦不止是解锁，更可开启相机。
3月16日开庭讲真，苹果这个滑动解锁2005年的Windows CE手机已有滑动解锁，还有很多日常生活登入如门栓也是这样滑动解锁的。这宗滑动解锁侵权将会在3月16日开庭处理，到时叧可知如何判决。。
