LG Nitro HD comes with a full touch screen and a candy bar design. It is made out of plastic construction with rounded edges and rubberized diagonal pattern on the back measuring 133.9 x 67.8 x 10.4 mm and weighing 127 grams. Located on the front side is 4.5 inches AH-IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution and 16M colors support. Its IPS LCD screen delivers a High Definition screen with a good balance between color accuracy and brightness output as well as images detail. Below the screen are three capacitive keys for Menu, Home and Back function while above the screen are a front facing camera and an earpiece speaker. The data connectivity is able of hitting HSDPA up to 21 Mbps, HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbps and 4G LTE data network. Experiencing its high speed data connectivity, there is a stock web browser with HTML and Adobe Flash support. Other connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, DLNA, Bluetooth, microUSB connection and GPS navigation system with A-GPS support.
LG Nitro HD is also equipped by two cameras; a 1.3 megapixels front facing camera and an 8 megapixels main camera with autofocus and LED flash on the back side. The main camera is able to capture images up to 3264 x 2448 pixels resolution with great quality. It can also record video in HD of 1080p resolution. Meanwhile, the front facing camera is functioned for video chat, self-portrait as well as recording video. For storage, Nitro HD offers 4 GB internal memory and additional external memory via microSD card up to 32 GB.
