Earning its name, HTC EVO Design 4G features an exquisite design with high-quality aluminum material and boxy edges as well as perfect balance of weight and size measuring 121.9 x 61 x 11.9 mm and weighing 147 grams. For the display, EVO Design 4G features 4.0 inches HD capacitive touch screen. Around the side of the phone, there are volume rocker and microUSB port on the left side while the left side is left naked. Power button and 3.5 mm headset jack is on the top side. For an excellent internet experience, there is HTC’s browser – claimed to be one of the best mobile web browser. HTML web pages load fast and there is no problems with text rendering. Other connectivity includes WiFi, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth, and microUSB connection. It also has GPS navigation system with A-GPS support and Google Maps integration.
Similar to Motorola Photon 4G, the EVO Design 4G is also a world phone with GSM support. When you are in US, you can only run EVO Design in Sprint CDMA network. Once you travel abroad outside the US, you may use any GSM SIM card to access GSM network.
