Developing its entry level phone’s line, Samsung launched its basic clamshell phone namely Samsung SGH-T259. The phone appears in a simple design and basic features, aiming for those who don’t want to be bothered by the complexity of today’s modern smartphones. In details, here is the review of the phone.

It comes with a clamshell design with glossy midnight blue plastic surfaces. It measures 3.9 x 1.9 x 0.7 inches and weighing 3.3 ounces. On the front side (clamshell closed), there is a 1.3 inches CSTN external display with 128 x 48 pixels resolution. By default, it shows an analog clock. If you change it to digital clock, you will also be able to see signal strength, battery life, date, time, and caller ID as well as calling and messaging notification. Right above the external display is 2 megapixels camera. On the left side of Samsung SGH-T259, there is microSD card slot and volume rocker.
