Casio G'zone C711 comes up with sporty clamshell design measuring at 100 x 51.3 x 23.1 mm and weighing at 139 grams. The phone is covered by rubber material bumper and hard plastic chassis. It is also ruggedized by Military Spec. 810F for: Vibration, Water, Shock & Dust Resistance, Immersion, Salt Fog, Humidity, Altitude, Solar Radiation, Low and High Temperature Storage. On the front of the phone (clamshell closed), there is a round monochrome external display measuring 1.2 inches. It shows date, time, signal strength, battery life and caller ID. It can also be used to view music player information, electronic compass, stopwatch, and countdown timer. Above the external display, there is 1.3 megapixels camera with LED flash that can be used as a flashlight. On the left side of the phone, there are push-to-talk key, volume control keys, and a key can act as a voice command key when the phone is open and a compass/stopwatch/countdown timer key when the phone is closed. On the right side, there is microSD card slot. Flip the clamshell open, you will find 2 inches TFT display supports 65.000 colors. Below the displays there are navigation keypad and numeric keypad.
